Daily Burn Review: Everything You Need to Know + Alternatives

Last Update:

After multiple fitness reviews, people frequently email with various suggestions. Mostly, I got emails to review Daily Burn.

So, I thought I’d try it.

In general, I support using those services that help you reach your fitness and training goals faster. I heard that Baily Burn helps you reach your fitness goals so quickly, so I gave it a shot.

I will provide you with all the information you require in this DailyBurn review to enable you to make a wise decision. I’d like to assist to the greatest extent because sticking to a fitness program does have a cost—you’ll spend both money and time.

Let’s get started!

What is Daily Burn?

I quickly looked around and came across DailyBurn, where I immediately signed up to learn more.

An online fitness subscription called Daily Burn provides you with access to regular live workouts as well as a sizable selection of pre-recorded workouts and programs. It provides a huge variety of methods to exercise your body.

I believe you will need at least two years to complete every Daily Burn exercise.

Every day at 9 a.m. EST, a new workout is provided, which is fantastic for anyone who likes new content.

Moreover, there is an online community where participants can discuss their progress and updates. You can also take part in a live group workout every morning and can communicate with other participants while exercising.

The Daily Burn offers a 30-day legit trial before requiring a subscription fee, like the majority of online exercise and diet programs. The membership cost is $65, which works out at $12.95 a month.

You can get their diet plan, meal recipes, and Facebook network in addition to their workouts.

Workouts of Daily Burn

In addition to individual exercises, there are 21 different fitness programs available for you to pursue.

The exercises can be filtered based on;

  • Strength, weight loss, maintenance, and other objectives
  • Beginner, moderate, and expert levels of difficulty
  • Duration: between 2 and 3 months
  • 15 to 20 minutes for the workout

The majority of them are mostly beginner friendly and have a built-in adjuster to keep you up to speed. The workout core, meanwhile, is not very vast. You can easily finish all the work out if you are disciplined and diligent.

Furthermore, you can take a quiz to see which program would be the best fit for you.

I am going to review some of the workouts individually, stating briefly what to anticipate from each. In some ways, it is the core of my Daily Burn review.

1. Move

Daily Burn’s effort at developing a dancing fitness regimen. The best part? Keaira LaShae, on the other hand, is an excellent teacher! You will enjoy a good time and lose weight.

Is it satisfactory? Without a doubt, yeah!

Is it comparable to Beachbody’s Cize? I can’t be certain. The styles are distinct, and both routines contain several energetic maneuvers.

2. Mobility

I sit a lot during the day since I have to work on my laptop for 8 hours. This is maybe the greatest programme for getting into exercise.

There is a bunch of stretching, yet it is also filled with flowing motions and low-impact exercises.

I’m usually complaining about the variety of motion, and this is one of the few fitness routines that focus on perfect technique.

3. 15 minutes

In this, the videos are each 15 minutes long and despite their length, they appear to be quite promising—at least for me!

If I talk about what does it consist of? There are several sequences that incorporate yoga poses, kickboxing, and MMA exercises.

4. Power cardio

This programme combines a wide range of exercises in a fast-paced flow. According to the variety and numerous areas of concentration, it appears to be a lot of fun.

5. Inferno

At last, something that is more rigorous in comparison to the rest of the programs—definitely enjoyed this difficult workout.

This is a 21-day training program that includes an AMRAP workout at the end of each week. In other words, you can say as many repeats as possible.

6. Inferno HR

This is a four-week program that will make your workouts more involved.

However, for this, you will need a quality heart rate monitor to monitor your workouts. If you enjoy tracking, you should absolutely give it a chance.

I think I want to add that some reviews are skeptical of this program since they have just read a description and have not seen the real videos, so don’t just rely on the description of this program but give it a try then you will know the real thing of this video.

7. Live to Fail

This program is substantially longer than the others, especially for me and is jam packed with various enter activities. I will say this one is not for the beginners but for the intermediate and expert level fitness freaks.

The routines appear to be extremely promising to you since I want to challenge myself and tackle every facet of the fitness game.

8. Core

I have not tried Core much but I just got a review from my friend who tried it properly.

This is a 14-day program that targets your whole abdominal, lower abs, and upper and upper abs. So yes this one is for those who just want to work on their abs. It also stretches your lower back, hip flexors and glute.

As per my buddy, these workouts are creative and enjoyable, and they will undoubtedly yield results.

9. TBT

This program is most likely intended to serve as a foundation for more sophisticated movements. For me, it appears to be significantly superior to the majority of the options available on the market. I wish I had discovered this program before.

This is the one I would recommend if you want to focus on a range of motion and graceful bodyweight feats.

10. Black fire

Black fire of DailyBurn was created by celebrity trainer Bob Harper.

It includes both brief and full-body workouts that cover nearly every facet of fitness. I truly have an athletic spirit so this was a must-try for me. I spent a lot of time on this program and yes I got results, thanks to my daring body, haha!

11. Yoga fundamentals

This appears to be a promising yoga program that takes you through a well-planned development one step at a time. I did not try it but I watched some of the videos and it seems to be beginner friendly and exciting. The stretching techniques are nice.

The coach in this video is fun yet mindful.

Meal plan

The interesting part is that I had a difficult time locating a Daily burn meal plan. They do not have any, LOL!

However, I liked that they offer a recipe collection that you can browse through by meal type, estimated calories, preparation time, and nutrient preference. Also, there is a gluten-free option.

Unfortunately, like with so many healthy recipes, I felt that many of them are too complex for me to consider cooking. I’m a simple lady. I’ll make omelets and basic chicken bagels instead.

However, if you enjoy cooking and are looking for new healthy recipes, you could discover some gold nuggets here.

My verdict on Daily Burn

The first thing I noticed was the superb quality of the films. There is no point in an enjoyable workout when the video quality is bad, so green signal here!

The workout was fairly decent, and I believe it is perfect for toning as well as bulking up your body (it includes some exercises with dumbbells and all). There were many pulsating workouts that burned my thighs and buttocks.

The instructor in the videos guides you through the whole workout reminding you to vary your speed and incline in providing encouragement and form tips while you run.

Furthermore, the best part of the videos is that they have music which I like the most.

The next thing, I have done multiple workouts and found the program categorization to be correct for me as I am an expert-level fitness person.

I believe there are fewer workouts in the “Hard” category than in the “Easy” and “Medium” categories. Take that into consideration, if you’re an expert exerciser. Frankly, I believe myself competent, but I go easy on some days, so this wasn’t really a problem for me. You may also change the routines to make them more intensive.

What I don’t like about Daily Burn?

  • Belatedly, we found that offering individuals a free trial and then asking for their credit card information is a pretty tacky approach.
  • It is quite frustrating not to be able to pick up the phone and speak with live customer support professionals. You have to talk via email.
  • If you pay a monthly membership, you will lose access to your favorite exercises if you miss a payment.

Is there any alternative to Daily Burn?

Daily Burn has a huge number of workouts but yes, it does have many alternatives. Some of them are;

1. Booya Fitness

Booya Fitness is a fitness-based video streaming service that offers on-demand fitness lessons as well as fixed schedule programs. The platform administers a subscription-based system where professionals teach sessions.

2. 24 hours fitness

24-Hour Workout is a website designed exclusively for those who require great training sessions but don’t have much time to attend the gym on a constant schedule.

3. Jillian Micheals

Jillian Michaels is a virtual fitness-related program that allows anybody to achieve their fitness objectives in real time.

So, I have tried Daily Burn and have done its review also. Now, it’s your turn to try it out and share your feedback in the comments sections below.
